We are seeking a dedicated Merchant Onboarding Associate with primary responsibility to oversee the onboarding and activation of merchant applications within our system efficiently. This individual is expected to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process for new merchants, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Qualifications
The must haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in operations or a similar field
Proven track record of managing and improving processes or similar operational workflows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on process optimization.
