Job Description:

• Collaborate with Occupational Doctor for individual report
• Create excel tabulation and analysis per site
• Dedicated PIC for registration, report monitoring, onsite coordinator, invoicing process, critical value notification and follow up
• Creating standard flow process for Occupational Health Doctor consultation

Job Qualification:

• Earned a medical degree
• Min. 1-3 years of working experience
• Full WFO
• 3 months contract
• Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang
