Job Description:

• You will lead and manage the Hospital Unit marketing team
• You will be responsible for all Hospital Unit offline marketing activities and revenue generation
• You will develop a comprehensive and aligned strategic marketing plan to drive awareness and retention
• You will guide and coach the marketing team to execute offline marketing initiatives
• You will plan, develop and measure performance of marketing campaigns
• You will ideate, design, and implement marketing initiatives
• You will conduct market research and business development analyses
• You will create partnership with corporate, insurance and other potential partner.

Requirement:

• Experience in Sales & Marketing for 5+ years
• Has an exposure to handle team & managing other functions (to collaborate/cooperate with the program)
• Available to work onsite at our hospital unit at Medan
