Get to know the role

As Marketing Manager for CURIOOKids Indonesia, You’ll collaborate closely with both the CEO &  General Manager of CURIOOKids to lead our brand and performance marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in establishing and growing our brand presence and driving measurable results to achieve our business goals. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in developing a branding strategy tailored for the Indonesian market to build recognition and engagement in the competitive education sector. You will focus on generating high-quality leads with a limited budget through innovative, data-driven performance marketing campaigns that directly contribute to revenue growth. With a keen emphasis on maximizing ROI, you’ll design and execute multi-channel campaigns that effectively reach and resonate with Indonesian parents, driving enrollments and brand loyalty.

The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Develop and implement brand positioning and messaging strategies to elevate the brand's visibility and appeal in the afterschool education market.
  • Lead branding campaigns that communicate our value proposition, fostering trust and credibility with parents and stakeholders.
  • Oversee content creation, ensuring it is engaging, educational, and aligns with our brand voice and values.
  • Coordinate with design, product, and content teams to maintain cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns (search, social, display, email) to drive customer acquisition and program enrollments.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to continually refine campaigns, improving ROI and lowering customer acquisition costs.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, adjusting spend across channels to achieve optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to generate insights and adjust strategies based on data.
  • Build partnerships with schools, community organizations, and influencers to increase program awareness and drive referrals.
  • Create family-focused events, workshops, and content to foster community engagement.
  • Collaborate with academic team to highlight our USP dan leverage it to generate leads
  • Conduct regular research to stay updated on market trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies in the kids’ education sector.
  • Use insights to drive innovative strategies and adapt brand messaging to stay competitive.

The Must-Haves
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or specialized certifications are a plus.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on brand and performance marketing.
  • Proven experience in the kids’ after school program or education sector, with a solid understanding of this audience.
  • Demonstrated success in managing paid marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a knack for creative storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Detail-oriented with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Willing to be placed and mobile to our Centers: Bintaro, Cikarang, West Jakarta
