Warehouse Manager | Full-Time

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role, preferably in IT industry for 6 - 10 years.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control and management.
• Understanding of supply chain management.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the storage and distribution of IT equipment, network components, and spare parts.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of delicate and sensitive equipment.
• Coordinate with field technicians for equipment provisioning and returns.
• Manage reverse logistics processes for defective or returned equipment.
• Maintain inventory records for equipment warranties and maintenance.
• Implement asset tracking and management systems.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse safety procedures and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Ensure that goods inward / stock control department is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business.
• Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
• Ensure sub contract processes are received back and that suppliers are chased to ensure no late delivery situation.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize storage capacity.
• Coordinate with other departments such as purchasing, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Track and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement cost-saving measures to optimize warehouse operations.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.
