PT Angso Duo Sawit, a subsidiary of the Mewah Group located in Jambi, Indonesia, is one of a leading palm oil Mill manufacturer poised to emerge as a major global producer in the palm oil industry.

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Foreman to provide support for our manufacturing operations.

In this position, we need you to play vital role in:

• Prepare the annual budget and plan scheduled maintenance and repairs for equipment and vehicles.
• Report on and oversee the execution of maintenance and repair tasks according to job orders.
• Enhance productivity, minimize time wastage, and optimize cost usage.
• Coordinate with other departments on spare parts procurement and maintenance scheduling.
• Ensure safety compliance by conducting inspections and enforcing the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

What you will need to succeed in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments for environmental aspects and impacts and perform investigations.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14000 management systems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in computer operations (MS Word, MS Excel).
