Qualification:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree (Preferably Industrial Engineer, chemical engineer or equivalent).
2. At least 5 years working experience in managing logistics and transportation.
3. At least 2 years in managerial position.
4. Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
5. Understand the production planning in palm oil industry.
6. Familiarity with state health and safety regulations.
7. Familiarity with bonded zone system.
8. Having knowledge on storage tank management, bulking and jetty.
9. Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
10. Placement in Refinery PT. Steelindo Wahana Perkasa (SWP) Belitung,
11. Specialties: Engineering, management or Equivalent

Responsibilities:

1. Serves as the company’s lead export coordinator and communicating with shipping companies to manage shipment services and negotiate rate,
2. Coordinate and communicates with forwarding third parties for logistics services when needed,
3. Prepares and checks export documents such as shipping instructions, LOIs, Weathering Certificates, etc.
4. Coordinates with the Operations Department to make bookings in a timely manner,
5. Monitors export activities and ensures administrative completeness
6. Monitors loading activities and provide the required documentation
7. Prepares and provides export activity reports to relevant agencies such as Customs Department, the Ministry of Trade, and the Chamber of Commerce,
8. Creates monthly export reports,
9. Tracks shipments and monitor arrival dates.
