Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the landscape department, including scheduling, budgeting, and project management.
• Lead and train a team of landscapers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement landscape designs, plans, and maintenance schedules.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and within deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections to assess the quality of work and make any necessary adjustments.
• Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of landscape design, construction, and maintenance techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints.
• Knowledge of plants, soils, irrigation systems, and landscape construction materials.
• Proficiency in budgeting and cost management.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
