Get to know the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to help us build strategic relationships with high-profile merchants and drive revenue.This role essentially involves establishing and nurturing strong business relationships with our existing and prospective top merchants to spur growth in GrabFood.

The Day-to-Day Activities
Relationships building: continuously engage our merchants and listen to their needs, feedback, and stay in close communications. Apply a proactive approach to understand the needs of our partners and provide solutions that lead to profitable business growth.
Marketing campaign and promotions design: Craft a compelling campaign by leveraging co-marketing partnership with our partners to bring value to our customers, which also drive more values back to our partners
Driving growth and Higher ROI: Ensure the partners are growing with Grab. Take a data driven approach to estimate ROI and KPI analysis for each partner in order to grow basket size and create loyal customers.
Cross-functional relationship: Work with verticals S&P, Growth, Marketing and Operation teams to make sure merchants have the best possible experience.
Collaboration and Synergy: Build deeper relationships with partners by collaborating in other areas such as OVO, GrabExpress and Grab For Business. You will be expected to identify synergetic opportunities which could benefit both Grab and our merchants in the long run.
Qualifications
The Must-Haves
Minimum of 3 years experience of Sales Business Development, Account Management, financial services, or start-up/tech industry.
Experienced in handling and dealing with partners (account management experience)
An exceptional track record of driving revenue through partnerships
Strong analytical ability, comfortable with analyzing data to make decisions
Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and constantly changing environment
Experience in managing people and stakeholder experience. Understand how to build processes with great communication/interpersonal skills
Proficient in English communications
Passion for the on-demand delivery space, and food delivery in particular
Great communication and negotiation skills
