Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and target potential clients for investment opportunities.
  • Assist in conducting market research to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Attract and retain clients under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Provide personalized investment advice and solutions tailored to clients' financial goals.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Provide exceptional client service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

3. Administrative Support Management:

  • Oversee daily administrative tasks performed by support agents, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of client data and transactions.
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and preparation for meetings and events.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all administrative activities.
