Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Staff, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth by supporting both sales and marketing activities. You’ll use your expertise in digital marketing, creative content, and data analytics to enhance our brand presence, develop and implement marketing initiatives, and generate leads through marketing campaigns. This role requires a proactive, organized individual who is both creative and analytical, with a passion for driving results.
Job Description
- Collaborate with the Regional Marketing to plan and execute campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials such as design, infographics, brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
- Track, analyze data and build reports on social media engagement, marketing metrics, and campaign effectiveness, providing insights for maximum impact.
- Support internal and external engagement programs (offline and online events).
- Build the concept, shoot and edit videos.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to enhance engagement.
- Work with internal marketing and sales team, be their partner and suggest best digital solutions to grow company product (increase sales, grow social media & seller acquisition).
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams including sales, product development and customer support
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to be more efficient in Cost Per Metrics such as lower Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Click, etc.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business, Digital Communication or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in driving and managing digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM tools).
- Expertise in content creation tools (Photoshop, Canva, video editing apps).
- Strong knowledge of data analytics and reporting to track audience engagement and campaign performance(Google Analytics, Excel).
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Impeccable oral and written communication skills in English
- Excellent internet research skills.
- Mastery of the major social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Positive mindset, ability to work in team and individually, high standards of professionalism and result oriented.
- Have a knowledge UX/UI Design is an advantage
