• Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project.
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
• Eager to learn and adapt with a variety of the IT concepts, practices and procedures.
• Decisive and have ability to develop a plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Coordinate all project members and project collaborators for the flawless execution of projects
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Science or other IT related fields
• Minimum 4 years of working experience as IT Project Manager role
• Exposure to Banking project especially in Regulatory Reporting.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skill
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill (Proficiency in English is a must)
• Familiar with project management tools
• Exposure to Agile Scrum project is preferred
• PMP / PRINCE II Certification is a plus
