Job Description & Responsibilty

• Establish a project management office (PMO), direct and coordinate the utilization of resources across divisions of the project to reach targets
• Set deadlines & target, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.
• Manage all project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• The ensuring project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies.
• Lead and coordinate the customer support team in the project implementation process to ensure the project runs smoothly
• Support users on change control and system updates
• Provide training and user manuals to users of a new system
• Work on multiple projects within the company’s project portfolio simultaneously
• Resolve project conflicts, manage the relationship with the clients and all stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar
• At least 1 year of working experience in a software company as project management role
• Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong people skills.

Technical Skills

• Project management, Scrum Master or equivalent
• Proficiency in project management software tools
• Good knowledge about System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and other Methods related to Software Development
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management
