Job Responsibilities:

- Engage with users to gather business requirements and transform them into technical specifications for enhancing ERP systems.

- Develop, test, and deploy ERP modules and customizations to optimize system performance and streamline business operations.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP systems, resolving issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

- Conduct regular audits to uphold data integrity and system security.

- Deliver training and support to end-users, ensuring proficient utilization of ERP functionalities.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in ERP systems and programming languages.

- Collaborate with the IT team to integrate ERP solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.

General Requirements:

- Experience as a Programmer/ERP Specialist with expertise in ERP system development and maintenance especially in Infor LN/Baan ERP system is an advantage.

- Good knowledge of ERP systems modules and functionality, with experience in customization, configuration, and integration.

- Strong programming skills in languages such as SQL, Java, Net.

- Knowledge of database management systems and data integration techniques such as SQL, Oracle.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and system reliability.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
