Job Responsibles:

• Oversee substantial IT projects, encompassing the design and implementation of new IT systems and services.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies and fintech associations to ensure adherence to established guidelines.
• Possess knowledge and experience in the following areas: Cloud Technology, Linux, Project Management, Web Development, Mobile Development, GitLab, Docker, MySQL, API Dashboard Development, and programming languages including Java Spring, PHP, Golang, and Python.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and experience with the Linux operating system, capable of independently managing and maintaining server environments.
• Exhibit familiarity with Android application development, along with relevant programming and debugging competencies.
• Show proficiency in SQL, with the capability to manage and optimize databases effectively.
• Display familiarity with GitLab, enabling efficient management and collaboration on team code repositories.
• Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with both team members and regulatory authorities.
• Assume responsibility for the development of organizational systems.
• Understand the operational flow of the Fintech P2P Lending business.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards, including ISO 27001 and OJK regulations.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent  experience
• Minimum of six years of experience in IT operations, preferably within the banking, insurance, or fintech sectors.
• Possession of a Data Protection Officer (DPO) certification is required.
• Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale IT projects and implementing IT infrastructures across diverse technologies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems, security protocols, network and systems administration, databases, data storage solutions, and telecommunication systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, MySQL, and Python.
• Experience in managing and maintaining servers operating on the Linux platform to ensure system stability and security.
• Familiarity with the development, testing, and deployment of Android applications, with a focus on performance and user experience.
• Knowledge of the Alibaba Cloud platform, including management of Relational Database Service (RDS) and Elastic Compute Service (ECS), to support the organization's cloud computing requirements.
• Proficient in SQL for database management and optimization, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Proficient in spoken English.
