Job description : 

• Learn about IT software under the guidance of a mentor from the company for 6 – 12 months 
• Translate customer needs from Japanese into English or Indonesian, both orally and written

The next Career Path is as a Product Owner with job descriptions as follows: 

• Understand who are the users of the product being developed and all stakeholders in the ecosystem. 
• Determine the pipeline for application development based on a predetermined algorithm. 
• Prepare Product Requirement Documents to ensure all product development stakeholders have the same understanding of what will be done. 
• Coordinate with all product development stakeholders to ensure progress is in accordance with the work plan. 
• Work closely with related departments to ensure product launches and operations or product features run smoothly 
• Participate in troubleshooting and/or investigations when issues occur in the product 
• Conduct analysis based on data to understand how users use the product and become input for further product development 
• Make reports needed to provide updates on product development, usage results, next plans 
• Create & Execute the product development pipeline 

Requirements: 

• Minimum S1 majoring in Japanese Literature / Computer Science / Informatics System
• Proficient in communication in Japanese 
• Have work experience in IT Software minimum 1 year (Internship experience in IT Softawre will be considered)
• Willing to learn IT software under the guidance of the company
