Job Summary:

As an IT Infrastructure Staff member, you will play a crucial role in managing, supporting, and optimizing our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our network, servers, and other critical IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the health of network, server, and storage systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems. Participate in troubleshooting obstacles, incidents, user requests within the scope of Layer 2 regarding applications that in terms of infrastructure include Linux systems
• Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures. Maintain the continuity of the data center from the virtual machine, backup, micro services and infrastructure side.
• Deploy applications and projects related to middleware (api gateway) and microservices (openshift)
  Maintain the availability of Kafka Confluent as data streaming middleware from the infrastructure side

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role.
• Proficiency with network hardware, including Open Shift, Api Management, Confluent, Linux
