Job Description

• Implementing and maintaining backup and recovery solutions (NetApp experience would be Plus).
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers (physical and virtual) running various operating systems (specify OSes, e.g., Windows Server, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues proactively.
• Make a work report (assessment, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance) and present it to the Customer.

Requirement

• Strong knowledge in backup hardware/application (NetApp, Veeam, Netvault and etc.).
• Good Management of virtualized environments (specify virtualization platform, e.g., VMware vSphere, Hyper-V).
• Skill to make a work report (assessment, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance) and present it to the Customer.
• Good negotiation skills and analytical problem-solving skill.
• Good communication in English both oral and written.
• Good self-motivation, fast learner, and able to work as a team.
• Has good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skill.
