About The Company:

• The working venue is in Karawang.
• Our client is a Japanese Rental company. Currently, they are looking for ISO Project Leader.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading and handling ISO 9001 & 14001 certification project.
• Setting target and making plan (manual).
• Documentation, taking data based on process and review.
• Internal audit and review response (Will do internal audit after acquisition ISO).
• Reporting to management.
• Other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Hold min. Diploma's degree.
• 4-5 years of experience in handling ISO 9001 & 14001 project experience (Qualification acquisition).
• More than high conversational level English.
• Proficiency in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, including understanding of their requirements, principles, and implementation strategies.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects related to ISO certification preparation, including coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines effectively.
• Experience in developing and maintaining documentation such as policies, procedures, and manuals in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills: Capability to assess existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to meet ISO standards, along with the ability to analyze data and metrics to track progress and ensure continual improvement.
