   Responsible:

1) Site Analysis: Your journey starts by visiting job sites to assess space availability, understand the design requirements, and grasp the intended purpose of the space.

 2) Client Meetings: Active participation in client meetings is crucial. It is where you gain insight into the client's preferences concerning interior styles and colors, establishing the foundation for your designs.

3) Design Development: Armed with knowledge, you'll create initial design sketches, propose color themes, and conceptualize ideas tailored to the specific needs of the client and space constraints.

4)Client Approval: Before proceeding, it's vital to secure the client's nod on the proposed concepts. This stage includes presenting CAD designs and preparing detailed briefs for our construction team.

5)Contractor Coordination: Selecting and hiring skilled contractors and vendors, including Carpenters, Painters, Plumbers, Electricians, and Artists, is key to bringing design visions to life.

6)Procurement Oversight: Manage the procurement of all essential materials and items, ensuring they align with the design plan and quality standards.

7)Project Updates: Facilitate client visits to showcase progress and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep them informed throughout the project lifecycle.

8)Budget and Timeline Adherence: You are accountable for delivering the project within the agreed budget and schedule. This also involves coordinating any ongoing work with the project architect to maintain harmony and consistency in execution.
