Job Description

• Responsible for IE team building and managing
• Lead in efficiency improvement: According to the requirements of lean management, promote the improvement of banchmark lines, establish an IE talent system database, and provide IE professional knowledge training
• Responsible for continuous improvement of mass production
• According to the production plan, by identifying production waste, optimizing workstations and layouts, and reducing costs
• Proficient in developing ramp up plans, analyzing equipment OEE, and developing improvement plans, and implementing them

Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering relevant (mechanical engineering,industrial engineering, automation, etc.)
• At least 9 years of work experience in  automotive or energy industry
• At least 4 years of work experience in team management
• Familiar with Lean, 6Sigma and other engineering methods
• Proficient in VSM ,JIT and other engineering tools
• Familiar with IATF16949 quality system
• Strong logical analysis ability, communication and coordination ability
