Qualifications & experience
- 1. Bachelor's degree, diploma or above, preferable majoring in Computer Technology.
- 2. At least 3 years of technical support or customer service experience, with system implementation experience is preferred.
- 3. Good at communication, able to carry out technical exchanges and document writing.
- 4. With Chinese or English communication skills, fluent Chinese is preferred.
- 5. Honest and trustworthy with good team spirit.
- 6. Willing to be placed in Subang, Jawa Barat Factory.
- 7. Preferably be able to join in end of December.
- Key skills:
1.English and Chinese language skills are preferred.
2.Excel,ppt,word software skills are preferred.

Tasks & responsibilities
- 1. to provide systematic training, to provide users with professional technical support and question answering services, to solve the problems encountered in the use of users.
- 2. responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the system, including monitoring, troubleshooting and resolution, to ensure the stable operation of the system.
- 3. Collect user feedback and cooperate with product team to continuously optimize system functions and user experience.
- 4. Communicated with local suppliers and assisted the team to complete network infrastructure construction and efficient network operation.
