We are seeking a skilled Humas to provide support for our manufacturing operations.

In this position, we need you to play vital role in:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community, addressing concerns and providing updates on site activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring clear and effective messaging.
• Develop and implement crisis communication plans to manage and mitigate any potential public relations issues.
• Maintain records of public relations activities and provide regular reports on community engagement and communication efforts.
• Gather and analyze feedback from the community to inform site management and improve operations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns related to the site.

What you will need to succeed in this role:

• Minimum of a D3 degree or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and long hours.
• At least 3 years of experience working at a weighbridge.
• Skilled in managing team members and resolving issues.
• Capable of troubleshooting field issues and dealing with the community.
• Familiar with environmental laws and regulations.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Good communication with team members.
• Quick, responsible, and highly initiative.
