Job Purpose: Implement accurate, efficient, and timely HR administration and personnel support
Job Description:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in payroll administration and benefits administration processes
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local labor regulations
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) majoring in any majors
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Administration or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Good understanding of HR practices and principles
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulation
- Proficient in Ms Office and HRIS
- Willing to take part in the Recruitment and Work Placement process in Cakung, East Jakarta.

- Working Day/Hour: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (Willing to work on Saturday if needed)
