Job Description: 

  • Manage the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct on boarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on performance-related issues.
  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary surveys and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Handle HR-related documentation and ensure accuracy.

 

Qualification: 

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 6 year(s) of proven working experience in the international education sectors. 
  • Experience working in or with international schools or multicultural environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations applicable to international schools.
  • Required language(s): English and Mandarin language (will be an advantage)
