Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management
• Min. 10 years experience as Human Capital Manager
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good knowledge of computer literacy
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively individual or in a team

 

Main Roles:

• Develops and implements all relevant Human Capital policies and procedures.
• Establish Human Capital goals in line with organizational objectives.
• Identifies staffing needs and prepares  Manpower Plan to be approved by the Board of Directors.
• Develops strategic compensation plans and aligns the performance management results with the compensation structure.
• Develops the Company’s salaries and grading scales and ensures that they are properly and consistently applied.
• Contributes to the identification of talents and opportunities for continuous improvement of the business.
• Manages performance review and ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results are all being performed consistently and on a timely basis.
• Develops and frequently updates succession plans at the organization level.
• Investigates and resolves workplace issues.
