Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety, Engineering or related field
• Experienced min. 5 years at supervisory or managerial level in safety management (prefer at Automotive Manufacturing)
• Well-honed about HSE regulations and standards
• Have professional qualifications AK3 Umum Certificate
• Good knowledge of the implementation of IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001
• Have ability to conduct JSA and HIRA-DC
• Mastering the company’s emergency system
• Understand the approaches, methods and techniques used to implement and manage energy consumption
• Good Leader and Communicator: able to express any safety concerns and enforcing policies
• Fluently communicate in English

Job Description:

• Develop, Plan and Implement effective HSE system, policy and programs
• Lead energy and carbon reduction initiatives
• Ensure company meet the standard of HSE requirements or regulations, including but not limited to IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001
• Carries out any in-house safety training and audit
• Accustomed to monitoring the activities of all HSE personnel
