Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven work experience in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English both spoken and written
• Ability to work in independently and as a part of a team
• Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., AK3 Umum) is preferred

Tasks & responsibilities

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are promptly implemented
• Train Employees on HSE Policies, procedures and best practices to promote a culture of safety
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate HSE considerations into business operations and projects
• Maintain records of all HSE activities and prepare reports for management and regulatory authorities as required
• Stay updated on new developments and trends in HSE standards and regulations
