Responsibility :

 

  • Build a regional human resources system according to business needs, establish relevant mechanisms, processes, and systems, and promote implementation;
  • Promote the optimization of regional organizational structure, formulate talent planning, build and cultivate core talent teams, and provide talent guarantees for the organization;
  • Coordinate the establishment of incentive mechanisms, be responsible for the formulation of salary plans and salary performance management for positions at all levels, and establish a labor cost monitoring and analysis system;
  • Coordinate the construction of corporate culture, promote and promote the implementation of company values ​​and culture;
  • Coordinate employee communication, employee care, risk control, rewards Punishment management;
  • Formulate employment strategies and coordinate the whole process management of human resources and human resources suppliers.
  • According to business needs, build a comprehensive management system, establish relevant mechanisms, processes, and systems, and promote implementation;
  • Introduction, use, evaluation, and exit management of comprehensive supplier resources;
  • Asset management standards and assessment implementation, idle asset allocation and activation; material demand management;
  • Administrative management and cost control, including communications, travel control, and other logistics support services;
  • Establish and improve a comprehensive risk control system, and continuously improve and correct deviations.

 

Requirements :

 

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR&GA experience in a Management role/ Senior Managerial level, preferably in Logistic industry/ Multinational company
  • Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field as Business Administration/Law/Labor Administration
  • Communication skills, Fluent in English and Indonesian Language are required, and Chinese is preferred
  • Good understanding of HR regulations and foreign employee regulations, as well as adept in managing expatriate employee and their formalities
  • In-depth knowledge of HR strategic, employment legislation, and industry trends
  • Proficient in office software such as VISIO and Ms. Power point, and proficient in data analysis
  • Strategic thinker with a business mindset with strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
