Requirements:

• 35 - 45 Years Old
• Bachelor (S1) / Master Degree (S2) of Law / Psychology / MSDM / Industrial Relation
• Minimum 10 years experience as HRGA Assistant Manager
• Minimum 5 years Experience as HRGA Manager (or) in handling a minimum of 700 employeesMastering the management system of labor law regulations
• Fluent in English and Japanese (want)
• Mastering the procedure and the management system of:

• Able to make company regulations / PKB, board of directors' decisions letter, and other regulations in the HRGA
• Have a good relation with third parties (Dinas Ketenagakerjaan, Local communites, dll)
• Computer literate (Ms Office - Word, Excel, Ppt)
• Excelent in analytical, decision making, communications, leadership, negotiating, adaptability and educational skills
• Able to act as an agent of change
