岗位要求/ Job Requirements :
1.男女不限,45岁以下,大学本科以上学历,熟练操作office办公软件,有驾驶证。
Male or female, under 45 years old, Bachelor degree or above, proficient in operating office software, have a driving license.

Working position in Ngawi.
3.精通中文、英文和印尼文(口语和书面)。
Proficient in Mandarin, English and Indonesian (oral and written)
4.具备一定的报告编写能力。
Possess a certain ability to write reports.
5.责任心强、积极细致、主动勤快、能吃苦耐劳。
Strong sense of responsibility, active and detail, proactive and diligent, and hard worker.
6.具备良好的沟通技巧和协调能力,以及较强的谈判能力。
Have a good communication & coordination skill, and strong negotiation skills.
7.具备较强的团队精神,能有效的协调和维持内外利益者良好关系,包括周边社区和政府官员。
Possess strong team spirit and be able to effectively coordinate and maintaining strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders, including surrounding communities and Government Officials.
8.具有较强的逻辑思维和分析能力,可以对人事数据进行分析。
Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, able to analyse HR data.
岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities :
1.全面履行所有人力资源职能,从用工规划、人员招聘、员工培训、人事管理、员工绩效评估至工资计算发放。
Fully perform all HR functions, from employment planning, recruitment, employee training, personnel management, employee performance evaluation to salary calculation and payment.
2. 了解 ISO、BSCI 和合规性审核或类似相关的实施。
Good understanding implementations in ISO, BSCI and Compliance audit or similar related.
3.熟悉劳动法,制定和监督公司规章制度的实施,并能与政府机构沟通。
Good understanding of labour laws, prepare and supervise the implementation of company rules and regulations, and be able to communicate with Government Authority.
4.熟悉雇佣外籍员工的流程,至签发工作签证。
Familiar with the process of hiring foreign employees, up to the issuance of working visa.
5.完成部门领导安排的其他工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by the Department Manager.
待遇范围 :1300万印尼盾 至 1500万印尼盾(具体待遇,以应聘人能力和经验而定,面谈 )
Range of salary : IDR 13 Mio – IDR 15 Mio (The specific salary will be determined by the applicant's ability and experience, Negotiable)
