- Handling daily personnel / employee administration and as business partners with users
- Handling and report related employee
- Support HR activities and projects
Qualifications & experience :
- Maximum age 25 years old
- Bachelor Degree from Industrial Engineering reputable university with minimum GPA 3.25
- Freshgraduate or experience as HR
- Having knowledge in HR Policy or HR System
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
Skills :
- Drive License (SIM A)
- Microsoft Office (advance excel, word and powerpoint)
- Data Analyze
- Good analytical thinking
- Problem Solving & Decision Making
- Good communication skills and team work
- Multitasking, detail oriented and self motivated
- Have positive hobby (sports,music or etc)
