• Handling daily personnel / employee administration and as business partners with users
• Handling and report related employee
• Support HR activities and projects

Qualifications & experience :

• Maximum age 25 years old
• Bachelor Degree from Industrial Engineering reputable university with minimum GPA 3.25
• Freshgraduate or experience as HR
• Having knowledge in HR Policy or HR System
• Fluent in English (verbal & written)

Skills :

• Drive License (SIM A)
• Microsoft Office (advance excel, word and powerpoint)
• Data Analyze
• Good analytical thinking
• Problem Solving & Decision Making
• Good communication skills and team work
• Multitasking, detail oriented and self motivated
