HR Policy : Do the feasibility studies about Labor local/state/federal laws/regulations in. Assist in developing/creating and executing personnel procedures and policies, and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations (particularly to our overseas operation). Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience and ensuring compliance with any regulations.
Organization Development (OD): administer the basic OD matters such as organization structure and review the existing position and job description of each position.
Compensation & Benefit : Assist in review the existing compensation & benefits structure and propose the update if necessary. Set up the standard employee administration (documentation/working papers). Analyze the competitor’s compensation and benefits packages so the organization can attract talent through an attractive rewards strategy.
Support in : recruitment (sourcing and selection), performance management (oversee and administer the process of performance appraisal and documentation), talent management (suggestion for training, job load review)
Requirement :
Education : min. Bachelor Degree, major Psychology, Management (Human Resources)
Working experiences as HR Generalist (more preferable) at least 3 years, handle : Policy/Industrial, OD, Compensation & Benefit
