  • Promote diversity awareness in hiring practices
  • Responsible for administering Data Employee (HRIS)
  • Advise leadership on hiring and terminations
  • Provide guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution
  • Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology
  • 3 years of HR experience
  • Experience with hiring hourly employees
  • Expert in developing succession plans
  • Skilled in employee benefits administration
