The opportunity

As an HR Generalist at REKRUTER INFINIT CAKRAWALA', you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall human resources function of our company. Based in Jakarta, this contract position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on our growing business.

Key responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive HR support, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related needs and challenges
• Assisting with the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment
• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
• Contributing to the development and refinement of HR strategies, processes, and systems
• Serving as a trusted partner and advisor to both employees and managers on a wide range of HR matters

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
• Proficient in HR-related software and tools, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance requirements
