Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate records.
  2. Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
  3. Handle employee data entry, documentation processes and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  4. Support the HR team with data analysis and reporting.
  5. Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  6. Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  7. Participate in employee engagement activities and HR projects.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance issues.
  4. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  6. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
