Responsibilities: 

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives aligned with the company’s goals and value
  • Provide the information to employees on HR policies and procedures as well as ensuring understanding and compliance
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions that we need
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees
  • Assist in performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews and feedback mechanisms
  • Manage health insurance or BPJS processes as well as ensuring employees have access to the necessary benefits
  • Support disciplinary and grievance procedures to maintain fairness and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Maintain accurate employee records 

    Qualifications:
  • MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN BALI
  • Minimum 3 year experience as a HR 
  • Fluent in written and verbal English communication 
  • Minimum S1/D3 in Business Administration, Social Studies or in a relevant field
  • Background in development/construction is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
