Lira Medika Bali is a Type C specialized surgical hospital located in Canggu, Bali. We are currently hiring for the position of General Affairs Coordinator. General Affairs in a hospital typically involves managing various administrative and support functions that are essential for the smooth operation of the hospital.
Job Description:
- Supervise personnel to verify that all facilities (toilets, rooms, canteen, parking areas, etc.) and equipment (desks, chairs, hand soap, tissues, etc.) are in good condition and ready for users.
- Supervise the daily check-ups for cleanliness and tidiness of hospital building and vehicles.
- Coordinate and monitor the daily operations and performance of outsourcing companies, including personnel duties in various services such as cleaning, parking, security, and other activities.
- Monitor outsourced personnel to ensure they perform their tasks according to SOPs or daily guidelines.
- Maintain cooperative relationships with building stakeholders; address their complaints and make necessary adjustments within the scope.
- Coordinate and participate in the implementation of emergency plans in appropriate situations.
- Manage utility activities (PLN, Telkom, deep well, mineral water, etc.).
- Conduct administrative tasks by organizing documents to support quality audits, financial inspections, and prepare monthly reports (attendance reports, overtime, and etc).
Requirenments:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- At least 3 years of experience as a GA Supervisor/Coordinator or higher position
- Strong leadership, extensive networking, and good interpersonal skills
- Broad knowledge and experience as a GA in hospitals or any healthcare services
- Good knowledge and experience in safety and security
- Fluent in English is a plus
- Proven experience in handling asset management (inventory), operational maintenance, and facility management
- Must be domiciled in Bali or nearby regions.
