Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to safety standards and protocols across all company operations.
• Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near-misses, providing detailed analyses and preventive measures.
• Coordinate and deliver HSE training programs to employees, ensuring awareness and understanding of safety practices.
• Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and regulatory changes, ensuring the company remains compliant and adopts best practices.
• Prepare and submit required HSE documentation and reports to relevant authorities and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Active K3 Certification (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja).
• Additional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or CSP are a plus.
• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the agricultural sector.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HSE management software.
