Due to the expansion of the team, we are now in search of Head of TCM with English ready to help children and teenagers find something to do in the IT world. 

The Head of Trial Class Manager is responsible for overseeing the trial class manager leaders, which offers free introductory programming classes to prospective students aged 5-17. This role involves managing the trial class experience, optimizing the conversion rate from trial to purchase, and ensuring a high-quality introduction to our curriculum. The Head of Trial Class Manager will lead a team of trial class manager leaders and work closely with the marketing and management teams to align trial class offerings with overall business goals.

What you will do:

Oversee the scheduling, execution, and evaluation of trial classes.

Lead, train, and manage a team of trial class manager Leaders.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to team members.

Track conversion rates and develop action plans to achieve enrollment targets.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Prepare and present regular reports on trial class department peformance, including conversion rates and program effectiveness to Management.

Our expectations:

Experience of 2 years or more as Sales Supervisor or Head of Sales (B2C).

English B2

Successful experience in sales.

Ability to effectively build, manage, train, develop, motivate and develop a team.

Knowledge and understanding of the main aspects of running a business.

Candidates with experience in education, marketing or IT are welcome.

Conditions:

Average monthly income: from 700 US Dollars (salary + %).

Work with a schedule of 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00.
