What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve the company's revenue targets
• Oversee the sales team, providing coaching, mentoring and guidance to drive performance
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, effectively managing the sales pipeline
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement impactful campaigns and initiatives
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Contribute to the overall business strategy and planning as a member of the senior leadership team

What we're looking for

• Have an experiences in Mom & Baby skincare/FMCG/relevan industry
• Substantial experience in a sales or marketing leadership role, ideally within the Sales industry
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting to inform decision-making
• Collaborative team player with the ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
