Responsibilities:
- Develop, generate, and disseminate routine reports on a scheduled basis.
- Create and distribute ad-hoc reports in response to specific business needs or requests.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
- Provide actionable recommendations and suggestions based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and tailor analyses accordingly.
- Lead and manage initiatives through various stages including piloting, standardization, and socialization.
- Develop and implement strategies for pilot programs to test new processes or tools.
- Work on standardizing processes across the organization to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Facilitate the socialization of new processes or tools to ensure smooth adoption across teams.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Preferred disciplines include Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economics, or Information Technology (IT) with a minimum GPA of 3,00.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: business development, insurance, sales programs, or data analysis.
- Dynamic and proactive individual with a strong ability to engage with various stakeholders and adapt to different environments.
- Proven ability to set, pursue, and achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
