Responsibilities:

• In partnership with the founders, identify opportunities and risks for delivering the company's goals
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Review current best practices for the selected web framework and establish the initial architecture for the application
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes
• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
• Use stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
• Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
• Become the front person in communicating with regulators (OJK) and partners (banks, PG, and others) regarding technical matters. And bridge the communication with the tech team in China ( in English)
• Analyze needs in the field of technology and coordinate directly with the main director.
• Lead IT team consisting of It security and operations, IT back-end, and IT android
• Understand the overall system owned by the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Developer would be a plus point
• Proficient in back-end languages including Java, Springboot, Script, and Python.
• Able to use MySQL for database use.
• Fluent in speaking English
• Ability to speak Mandarin Language would be preferred
• Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
• Understanding of budgets and business-planning
• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
