Head Accountant

JOBDESC:

• Overseeing all financial activities and accounting functions within the organization.
• Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Managing the financial reporting process, including preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analyzing financial data and performance to provide insights and recommendations for improving profitability and efficiency.
• Supervising the accounting team and providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Collaborating with other departments to support strategic decision-making and achieve overall business goals.
• Managing relationships with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum bachelor degree of (Accounting/Finance)
• Willing to work in Kuta Mandalika, Lombok
• Have at least 4-5 years experience as Accounting & Tax
• Expertise in Accounting (financial statement, accounting journal) and in the field of tax (PPH, VAT, and other tax regulations).
• In depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations and good understanding in accounting and finance.
• Having experience operating Accounting software
• Having experience in Tax Audit is preferable.
• Having good communication skills.
• Having good interpersonal skills, and details oriented.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Available to work independently or team in under pressure circumstances and dynamic environment.
