Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management/Law.
• Minimum of 3 years experienced as Human Capital and General Affair Manager in FMCG industry.
• Experienced in handling > 10.000 employees.
• Willing to be placed in Jawa Barat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a planning strategies for HC&GA activities, such as maintaining factory, infrastructure, and personnel facilities, providing official transportation, waste management, and cleanliness.
• Develop human resource and performance management strategies (from planning to performance appraisals) to ensure individual, unit and company work targets are achieved.
• Analyze, manage, and directing the implementation and procedures of remuneration so that it is competitive, in line with the company's financial capabilities and fair internally and externally.
• Collaborate with Corporate Human Capital to develop human resources.
• Monitor to ensure external compliance is in accordance with applicable regulations and rules, coordinating with external parties to the company.
