Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management/Law.
Minimum of 3 years experienced as Human Capital and General Affair Manager in FMCG industry.
Experienced in handling > 10.000 employees.
Willing to be placed in Jawa Barat.
Key Responsibilities:
Make a planning strategies for HC&GA activities, such as maintaining factory, infrastructure, and personnel facilities, providing official transportation, waste management, and cleanliness.
Develop human resource and performance management strategies (from planning to performance appraisals) to ensure individual, unit and company work targets are achieved.
Analyze, manage, and directing the implementation and procedures of remuneration so that it is competitive, in line with the company's financial capabilities and fair internally and externally.
Collaborate with Corporate Human Capital to develop human resources.
Monitor to ensure external compliance is in accordance with applicable regulations and rules, coordinating with external parties to the company.
