RESTAURANT & BAR HOST (GUEST RELATION OFFICER)
JOBDESC:
- Providing excellent customer service by greeting patrons, taking orders.
- Taking orders accurately and entering them into the POS (Point of Sales) system.
- Having a good understanding of the menu items, including ingredients and preparation method.
- Ensuring tables are clean and properly set up before seating guests and clearing dishes and utensils between courses.
- Collaborating with bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation and coordinating with other waitstaff to manage the flow of service.
- Suggesting additional items such as appetizers, or drinks to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Presenting bills and processing payments accurately, including handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards, as well as restaurant policies and procedures.
- Addressing customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as setting up and breaking down bar areas, cleaning and sanitizing workstations, and restocking inventory.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Bar/Club.
- Willing to work in Kuta Mandalika, Lombok
- Willing to work in Bar Environment
- Experience in F&B business is advantageous.
- Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Hospitality Management.
- Fluent in English both oral and written communication skills.
- Familiar with POS Systems.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Able to work under pressure, as well as flexibility to handle changes in policies, procedures, or operational situations quickly.
