Job Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Design eye-catching graphics, videos, and other visual content for various social media platforms.
- Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and post content across multiple social media channels (e.g., Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter).
- Engagement: Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner to foster community engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to keep our social media strategies innovative and effective.
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns that align with business goals and target audiences.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and graphic design.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
