Qualifications & experience

• 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with over 3 years of backend development experience.
• 2. Proficient in Golang language mechanisms, with experience in designing and developing high-performance server architectures.
• 3. Extensive experience in requirements analysis and system design, with preference given to those with experience in large-scale website development and high concurrency.
• 4. Familiar with the principles, mechanisms, and performance optimization practices of products like MySQL, Redis, and MQ.
• 5. Knowledgeable in distributed systems, proficient in at least one service framework and message middleware, with an understanding of their implementation principles.
• 6. Experience in participating in and leading Golang open-source projects is preferred; experience in other programming languages such as Java or C/C++ is a plus.
• 7. Clear logic, goal-oriented, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• 8. Have to be able to speak simple Chinese

Tasks & responsibilities

• 1. Responsible for writing code for product functional modules.
• 2. Participate in architecture design and technical solution reviews, ensuring the quality of architecture and code.
• 3. Continuously optimize the system in terms of architecture, performance, and functionality.
• 4. Stay updated with the latest industry technologies, leading the research and productization of new technologies.
