Key Responsibilities :

• Provide operational leadership and direction to the manufacturing team to maximise productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Implement robust operational processes and systems to enhance manufacturing workflows.
• Monitor and continuously improve manufacturing performance, identifying and addressing issues proactively.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive innovation and optimisation across all manufacturing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between manufacturing, supply chain, quality and other key departments.
• Develop and mentor the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous learning.
• Ensure manufacturing operations are compliant with all relevant regulations, policies and safety standards.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making as a key member of the senior leadership team.
   

Requirements :

• Prossess minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferable form Engineering Field (Electrical/ Mechanical, Industrial).
• Minimun 10 – 15 years of hands-on experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Manufacturing plant.
•  Latest position should as General Manager Production/ Factory General Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organization, time management and strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset to lead the      whole manufacturing.
• Proven successful track record in achieving manufacturing target and improvement with high integrity.
• Confidence and good decision-making ability with attention to detail.
• Preferably someone who has good written and communication in the English language.
• Location at East Java.
