Role :

• Planning, coordinating, and supervising building maintenance work, buildings, safety equipment, and operational vehicles
• Evaluating and monitoring the performance of partner vendors related to GA

Specification :

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.25 from a reputable university can be processed
• Having an experience in a Building & Facility manufacturing company minimum of 1 year will be an advantage
• Have knowledge about Building maintenance

Others :

• Active in an organization (prefer as a coordinator)
• Having academic/non-academic achievements
• Active in positive hobbies
• Willing to work in field area (Tambun)

Skills :

• Fluent in English (verbal & written)
• Good in Ms.Office especially Ms. Excel & Ms. Powerpoint
• Having a driver's license (SIM A / SIM C)
